The Car with the Bad Rap
The AMC Gremlin is regarded as one of the worst cars in history. Some say it’s due to its odd body style or its notoriously heavy clutch. It also was said to have a poorly positioned gas tank that would explode when hit.
However, I have always loved this little car. I find it to be sleek and interesting and wanted to create a poster to pay homage to this peculiar vehicle. To do this I paired its image with custom graffiti typography and an article outlining all the reasons why the Gremlin wasn’t so bad. Someone needs to be in its corner.
