A Custom Illustrated Invitation.
Haley and Darren entrusted me with the task of crafting a bespoke wedding invitation, infused with the timeless elegance of the art nouveau style. Embracing their unique personalities and quirks, Haley envisioned herself as a majestic peacock while Darren wished to be portrayed as a charming llama. As I delved into their story, I discovered the deep-rooted connections they held with their respective home states. To honor this, I incorporated the state flowers of each state into the design, paying homage to their shared memories and journeys. Additionally, as a nod to their upcoming nuptials in Connecticut, I included the state flower of this enchanting location.
The final result is a captivating 4x6 double-sided postcard, meticulously printed to preserve the intricate details. Each element within the invitation holds significance, transforming it into a tangible reflection of their love story. It's an artful blend of symbolism and artistry, tailored exclusively for Haley and Darren's celebration of a lifetime.
